The Tree of Adventure

Lean on me and I will comfort you and tell you stories of mystery and adventure.  I’ll shelter you from the elements and we’ll look over across timeless pages and let our minds wander with tea parties and treasures and by days end we’ll have reached a place parched but not forgotten.  

The wind has stirred my outstretched arms and the adventures have since ceased, but tomorrow you’ll lean on me and we’ll begin again  waking pages from their slumber to visit under this auspicious canopy with endless twists of adventure across time.
