There’s a new restaurant making it’s debut today. Trummers on Main, in Historical Clifton, Va. Excitement would be an understatement when following some of the ramblings and play by play pictures on a few of their favorite sites.
Chef Clay Miller, head chef is leading a fine team and creating visual culinary creations by using local fare. Next my very favorite part is the dessert. I’ve always had a passion for dessert and seeing some of Chef Chris Ford’s, creations makes me almost count the days until I can taste his amazing creations.
My son, Chef Cory Lambertis their Sous Chef. Embarking on a culinary journey that has taken him from Miami working for a renowned caviar company then moving to Pacific Time, in South Beach, in the design district. where he trained under local Celebrity Chef Johnathan Eisman. He then moved on to Mark Milatello also in South Beach, also a Celebrity Chef. Tim Andriolla who worked for the acclaimed Charlie Trotter among others in Italy was another Celebrity Chef. He has worked on yachts for celebrities creating 7 course menus as well. One of his last good fortunes was working with Chef Clay Miller at Norman’s at the Ritz Carlton, Orlando, which has brought him to the here and now.
Just like making sure your dish is visually appealling, seasoned and flavored to perfection, the journey to become an amazing chef is very similar along the way. Who you rub elbows with in the kitchen and your passion is a contributor in becoming successful.
I’m excited for Trummers on Main today.
